If you are trying to lose weight...


...you need to check out this website. The Daily Plate
You can sign up for free, input what you eat and it will give you all the totals for the day. I was shocked at how much SODIUM was in my lunch from Mac Grill yesterday! It was over my daily recommended values! Sodium is BAD and in all canned items - it traps the fat and preserves it. It's also found in many sport drinks at very high levels. I also noticed it was higher in things that are low in sugar.
Anyway - you go visit that site, sign up, enter your food AND exercise in there and you will see what you are doing right (or wrong) to lose weight.
