Some Kind of Wonderful

That's what my clients are - Some kind of wonderful. In response to your overwhelming support, I am offering "Call Me Cards" to families with small children and teens. Heck, adults too if you'd like them. I will give you one order free of call me cards similar to the one shown. That's 8 wallet sized cards that have your child's first and last names, parents names and phone numbers on them.
An easy way to exchange information with people you meet (can't tell you how many times I wished I'd had a pen and paper at the park when the kids were younger). This way it's all on there complete with photo for easy recall.
If you want more - they will only be $6 for a new set (minimum of 3 must be ordered). They are the same size as wallets.
Thank you all again for your patronage.

Back To School Photos

Back to school photos don't have to be hideous!

(**see above for schedule appointments)

As a current client of Cheryl Ogle Photography, you will qualify for my offering of Back to School photos this fall. I will match school pricing and have September 9th set aside to have clients come to my studio with their children and have Back To School photos taken. If you are not a client, you can participate for a $25 session fee. The sessions are for children only - not family sessions. This event promises to be quite a hit and space will be limited. If you want photos that you enjoy instead of those photos that are embarrassing to hand out (for you and your child), keep your eye out on my blog and subscribe to be alerted to the event.

Details: Session retainer for clients $25 which will be given as a print credit at the event. Sessions are mini sessions of 10 minutes (about 9 more minutes than the school photographer will give you!). If you no-show, you forfeit the retainer. Photos can be taken without school photo envelope and you can wait until envelope is presented to order or you can opt for special event pricing set for event.

Benefits: Besides wonderful photos? How about a shorter wait time? I don't process thousands of photos so I can spend time to get it right the first time and process your orders faster. Also, your child will be more likely to smile and have clean clothes since you will know what time your session is (the school photos are a bit up in the air for time and who knows when they will take the photo (before lunch/recess? After lunch/recess?).
MORE DETAILS WILL BE POSTED ON THE BLOG - check back.
You can still order a class photo from the school and they will take your child's photo for the annual at no cost.
Don't forget to forward to your friends...unless you want them to have bad photos.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY

Another Contest, but this time I'm going to step it up and it's going to be fun!

I've made some "mini" cards - all 100 have a unique code on them. The cards will be sent out in the mail to anyone requesting them. What are they for you ask? PRIZES. All sorts of PRIZES. Gift cards, session credits, mini-books with photos.
How do I get one???
All you have to do is 1) request your card (1 per family) and 2) check the blog for the month of July. Here's the catch - you have to claim your prize by the Saturday your code is posted. If you don't, the prize is forfeited.
I will only post codes for cards that have been sent out.
I will randomly post one of the codes from the cards during the week. I may post 1 code a week or 4 codes a week.

Here's how it works. I get emails asking for a ticket. I fill out the envelopes and my son will drop one of the cards into the envelope and seal it. We have a log of the tickets and he will simply cross them off as we use them but I will have no idea who gets what.

Rember, to forward this to your friends - the prizes will be posted next week.
Contest runs July 1st to July 28th (not 38th for those on my email list!). :) Request your ticket ASAP to get in on all 4 weeks of fun!

Recent Sessions...

Two of my favorite clients. The Speer's twins.
I've loved watching these two grow through the years. Isn't their mom gorgeous too?
Julie's friend won a free session in the last contest - her photos are under "Scarborough Boys". Both of these parents have twins!
When Julie isn't chasing 2 girls around, she's selling Homemade Gourmet - I love the bean dip Julie!
Email her for information (great food!!)
jules75@charter.net

A Special Congratulations to:
Sean & Kelly Short - Kelly graduated early this year.
Sean LOVES golf so I tried to capture that about him.
Way to go you two!!!

The Scarborough Twin Boys - FUN kids!!! Kept me on my toes with their bundle of energy. Don't they look like fun?

Kim was referred to me by Julie Speers on the last contest. We had so much fun, I can see how these two women could be friends.
Kim is an independant Arbonne Consultant - email her for products at kps1971@tx.rr.com

The Gilson Boys - We had a wonderful time. They are beautiful boys and a blast to work with.
The parents were referred by the Cranes - frequent victims to being "Ogle'd" - I love referrals. Again, I can see why they are friends, Paul and Kim are wonderful people.

Christina was a perfect Senior Rep shoot!
We had fun, found a cool old red Ford pickup and a great wheat field.
She is beautiful on the inside as well. Such a pleasant and fun girl to shoot.
